The Drill Team is a way for each member to develope leadership skills and be able to overcome any public speaking fears. It allows each cadet to comprehend instructions and execute them. with the this skill our cadets will be to give commands with confidence and know that each command will be given correctly. We take the time to teach each individual cadet how to execute a command that they are struggling with.
